Resolved Question: Can a 16 year old apply for work at a daycare service?

I turned 16 last this past June and I work really well with kids. I basically raised my 8 year old twin sisters and I frequently babysit for aunts and mom's friends and such. I live in Redford, MI (near Detroit, Livonia, Farmington, ETC.) and I was wondering if there are any after school daycare places that would hire me.
